Welcome to Customizing Google My Maps

Creating a custom map on Google My Maps can be a great way to visualize your data and share it with others. To get started, you need to first access the Google My Maps viewer.

View Existing Maps

To access the Google My Maps viewer, follow these steps:

  1. First, navigate to the Google My Maps website and click on "My Maps" in the top navigation bar.
  2. Next, select the map you want to view from your list of maps.
  3. To view additional options, hover over the map or click on the three dots next to it.

Once you have access to the Google My Maps viewer, you can start creating custom maps. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "+" button in the top right corner of the map.
  2. Enter your desired name and description for the map.
  3. Choose from various shapes, colors, and other options to customize the map.
  4. C click on the "Save" button to save your custom map.
