Creating Your Own Google My Maps: Signing In and Viewing Maps Created by Others
What is Google My Maps?
Google My Maps is a powerful tool for creating custom maps that can be used in various applications, such as websites, presentations, and more. By signing in to your Google account, you can create and share your own maps with others.
Signing In to My Maps
To sign in to your Google My Maps, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Google My Maps website (https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1bGbL-ireA6Gz0w5y7t7ZqxVd_S2j5kcO) and click on the "Sign in" button.
2. Enter your Google account email address and password to sign in.
3. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the verification code sent to your phone or email.
Viewing My Maps Created by Others
Once signed in, you can view maps created by others using the "Viewer" tool. To do so:
1. Click on the "Viewer" button at the top right corner of your Google My Maps.
2. Select a map to view its information and map data.
3. Use the filters on the left side of the screen to narrow down the maps you want to view.
