New technology has been introduced in Toyota Highlanders, enhancing the driving experience with self-driving parking systems and an integrated safety feature called LATCH.
The new system allows for automatic parking, with features such as adaptive speed limits and lane departure warning. The LATCH system provides additional safety by securing children in the vehicle during crashes.
LATCH is a patented technology developed by Toyota that incorporates two anchor points and three tethering points to secure children in their seats. This ensures a safe and stable ride for infants, toddlers, and small children.
