The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on local businesses in Victoria, with many water sports operators and services facing challenges. However, for plumbing services like Fixit Right Plumbing, the situation is slightly different.

Despite the pandemic restrictions, many plumbers have continued to operate, albeit under various circumstances. Some have even reported an increase in demand due to a surge in domestic maintenance work during lockdown periods.

The challenges faced by plumbing services include navigating complex government regulations and maintaining a physical presence at customers' premises to comply with health and safety requirements. To mitigate these risks, plumbing professionals have adopted innovative strategies such as online booking systems, virtual consultations, and targeted marketing efforts to reach new customers.

Industry experts believe that the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies in water sports, including e-commerce platforms for equipment rentals and online scheduling tools. This shift is expected to continue post-pandemic.
