In aged care settings, infection prevention and control (IPC) is a critical component of maintaining the health and well-being of residents.
The Hunter New England Infection Prevention Service provides training, guidance, and support to enable IPC in these settings. This includes: risk assessment, infection control measures, hand hygiene, personal protective equipment, and environmental cleaning and disinfection.
"We understand the unique challenges faced by aged care providers, and we're committed to providing the resources they need to prevent and control infections," says [Name], Infection Prevention Service Manager.
