Gitlab is a web-based project management tool that uses plumbing or piping assignments to organize and track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

Pushing a new assignment in Gitlab

• Go to the "Pipeline" tab on your repository page
• Navigate to the "New pull request" or "New task" button
• Choose the type of assignment you want to create (e.g. new task, new merge request)

To push your new assignment to the "Pipeline" tab, click on the "Push" button

Editing an existing assignment in Gitlab

You can also edit an existing assignment by going to the "Task" or "Merge request" page and clicking on the "Edit" button
