April 2020 UX Design Projects and Case Studies

As the world grappled with the challenges of COVID-19, New York University's RC3989 program embarked on a series of UX design projects to address the pandemic's impact. From developing mobile apps for remote work to creating digital experiences for healthcare services, these projects demonstrate best practices in user experience design.

Case Study 1: Remote Work Application

This application aimed to simplify remote work processes for employees at a major tech firm. By incorporating features such as real-time collaboration and automated workflow management, the app reduced paperwork and increased productivity. Case Study 2: Healthcare Website Redesign
