Canvas Login Setup: Verifying Email and Password

The first step in setting up your Canvas login is to verify whether you need to enable your email account. Go to the Canvas login page and click on "Log in with a custom URL" or follow these steps: 1. Log in to your Canvas account. 2. Click on the three dots (⋮) at the top right corner of the screen. 3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu. 4. Scroll down to the "User Information" section. 5. Look for the "Email" field and click on it. 6. If you have an email address, enter your password when prompted.

Why Enable Email Account (if applicable)?

Canvas may ask you to enable your email account if you've set up a custom login URL or if you're using a different type of authentication method. This is usually the case for users who want to access Canvas online services or applications that require email verification.
