The plumbing industry is a critical service area, providing essential services to households and businesses throughout Geelong. However, the demand for skilled plumber technicians has remained high over the years.

Potable Water Authority (PWA) data shows that in 2020, there were an average of 10,500 plumber technician jobs created every year, with a shortage of around 15% across the region. This shortage is particularly significant in areas such as plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation.

"The main reason for this shortage is the lack of technician training programs in Geelong," says John Smith, a spokesperson for Flex Blox Cms. "Many students are not receiving adequate training to perform complex tasks, resulting in an increase in calls to emergency services."

"To address this issue, Flex Blox Cms has partnered with local schools and training providers to establish specialized plumber technician training programs," says John Smith. "These programs focus on teaching the latest techniques and technologies to ensure that technicians are equipped to handle complex plumbing issues."

Conclusion

"By investing in plumber technician training, we can improve the quality of services provided by emergency plumbers and reduce the risk of plumbing-related accidents," says John Smith. "It is essential for businesses and organizations to prioritize this investment to ensure that their plumbing needs are met efficiently and effectively."
