This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of U.S. intellectual property law, covering the basics of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
The course will also cover the different types of intellectual property rights, including common-law rights and statutory rights. Students will learn how to identify and protect their own intellectual property rights, as well as those of others in a business or product development context.
