Introduction to the Split Simple Scholarship:
The State Journal is proud to announce that Split Simple, a Denver-based divorce mediation service, is still accepting applications for its 2023 Social Work Scholarship. This award aims to support students pursuing a degree in social work, providing them with the necessary resources and expertise to succeed in their chosen field.Eligibility Criteria:
- Social Work students currently enrolled in a program at a college or university in Colorado are eligible for this scholarship.
- The scholarship is open to students pursuing a degree in social work, including but not limited to human services, non-profit management, and community development.
- Students who have been accepted into their chosen program by March 1st of each year are considered for the scholarship.
Application Process:
The application process for this scholarship is as follows:
- Students must submit an online application through the Split Simple website by March 15th of each year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required to be considered for the scholarship.
- Student essays and recommendations are not required, but they may be submitted separately if desired.
