The Availability and Eligibility Criteria for the 2023 Social Work Scholarship Offered by Denver Divorce Mediation Service
Are you a social worker or student looking to pursue your career in social work? The Denver Divorce Mediation Service (DDMS) offers a limited number of scholarships for students pursuing social work degrees. The 2023 Social Work Scholarship is still accepting applicants, and we're excited to share the eligibility criteria with you.
Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to full-time or part-time students enrolled in a master's degree program in social work from an accredited institution in Colorado, including programs that offer certification or licensure as a clinical social worker.
- Students who are accepted into the 2023 Social Work Scholarship must provide proof of acceptance from an accredited social work program within six months of application submission.
- The scholarship award is limited to $5,000 per year for up to three years, with the option to extend by 10% each year. The total scholarship award cannot exceed $15,000.
How to Apply
To apply, please submit your application materials, including a completed application form, transcripts, and proof of acceptance from an accredited social work program within six months of application submission. The deadline for application is March 15th.
The selection committee will review all applications and select the recipients based on academic merit, potential for success in the field of social work, and other factors. Applications should be submitted to:
