Denver, CO - In a surprising move, a renowned divorce mediation service has announced that it is still accepting applicants for its 2023 social work scholarship.
"We are thrilled to continue supporting the next generation of social workers and scholars," said Jane Doe, founder of the mediation service. "Our scholarship program provides opportunities for students to pursue higher education without the burden of debt."
Applicants must submit an application form, which includes a personal statement, academic transcript, and letters of recommendation by December 15th, 2023. The selected recipients will receive a stipend of $10,000 to help cover the cost of tuition for the upcoming academic year.
The scholarship is open to full-time students enrolled in a social work program at an accredited institution. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
The selection process involves a review committee that considers applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. Recipients will be notified by email in January 2024.
