One organization dedicated to supporting these veterans is Homes For Our Troops (HFOT). Founded in 1997, HFOT provides customized homes for deserving veterans, regardless of their service status or income level. The organization has built over 300 homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for its residents.
Cinch Home Services, a leading home building company, recently made headlines by donating a specially adapted custom home to HFOT in honor of local veteran SSG Juan Amaris.
SSG Juan Amaris, a decorated veteran and member of the Rockford Police Department, was awarded the Purple Heart for his bravery during combat operations. His service has not gone unnoticed, and Cinch Home Services wanted to show their appreciation in a meaningful way.
