Getting Started with Google My Maps

Creating your own custom map on Google My Maps is easy and flexible. You can use it for anything from marketing campaigns to educational materials, all within one account.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR MAP

Your custom map will be displayed with a red border around the entire area you want to see on your Google My Maps. You can also customize the map's size and orientation by dragging the mouse.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Google My Maps allows you to add shapes (e.g., polygons, rectangles) and labels to your custom map for better clarity. You can use the "Add shape" option in the "Insert" menu or right-click on a shape and select "Add shape". Labels are also available, which can be added using the "Add label" option.
